Shahin Mohammadkhani is Vice President, Engineering for United Talent Agency. In his new role, he leads the company’s efforts in data engineering, development and technology landscape and is responsible for implementing enterprise class solutions across the organization.
Previously, Shahin lead the engineering organization at Sony Pictures Entertainment. He was responsible for the strategic technology direction, vision, growth, and performance of enterprise technology and consumer marketing technology platforms.
Before Sony Pictures, Shahin was the head of software development for CBS. He was responsible for the company’s flagship entertainment digital properties, Entertainment Tonight, Rachael Ray, and Inside Edition, where he led the media distribution and online portals initiatives.
As a calculated risk-taker with deep tech industry knowledge, Shahin has led leadership roles in marketing communication, online media, and higher eduction organizations. He was recognized for driving organizational growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering technology performance.
Shahin serves on several boards, including Innovate@UCLA, LA CTO Forum, and CSULB CECS Advisory Board.
Shahin holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is also a proud father, youth mentor, ordained minister, and avid hiker.
