Are you tired of being overlooked or feeling like your hard work isn’t being recognized? Whether you’re a top executive, a manager, or a rising professional, the challenges of articulating your value and making your contributions seen and heard are universal.

Most of us were taught to let "the work speak for itself," believing that hard work alone leads to recognition and advancement. But here’s the reality: if you can’t articulate your value, you risk being invisible.
