About Speaker

Eric Iverson is a senior technology executive with 25 years of experience in Media and Entertainment. He is currently Chief Technology Officer at United Talent Agency (UTA), overseeing Product & Engineering, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Technology Business Development. Previously, he served as Head of Product Strategy at Amazon Studios, CTO for AWS’s Media & Entertainment Global Vertical, and CIO/CTO at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Earlier in his career, Eric spent 17 years at Sony Pictures, including as Divisional CIO for Sony Pictures Television. He is an active industry leader and a recipient of multiple honors, including a Technical Emmy for his contribution to the EIDR standard.

Bhupesh Arora is a seasoned CIO and recognized thought leader in digital transformation and AI, with experience leading technology strategy for Global Fortune 500 and mid-cap companies across industries including energy, manufacturing, real estate, automotive, and consumer goods. He currently serves as VP, CIO at South Jersey Industries, the premier natural gas utility for the state of New Jersey.
