Andy returns as chairman of the Executive Leadership Awards September 2023.
After the resounding success of 2022’s Executive Leadership Awards, Andy Schlei, Executive Leadership Awards Committee Chair, is even more excited about this year’s event, “I’m excited to be working again with the great Executive Leadership Awards committee and I look forward to a great event this fall.” ELAD will be taking place in-person on Thursday, September 28th, from 5:00PM – 9:00PM PST at UCLA .
The Innovate@UCLA Executive Leadership Award recognizes creation of exceptional through application of innovative, forward thinking, and disruptive technologies. The award recognizes a CEO/Founder and CIO/CTO (or top Technology Executive) who integrated technology into the organization’s operations, driving brand and bottom-line improvement. Since 1987, 47 leaders have been recognized with this prestigious award.
Andy has over 25 years of Entertainment industry experience, having delivered projects in theatrical distribution, television, home entertainment, and financial systems at several studios including Sony Pictures. Andy has extensive ERP experience, and has implemented SAP, PeopleSoft Financials, JDEdwards, and Workday Human Resources.
