Academic Partnerships
This committee strengthens collaboration between Innovate@UCLA and UCLA’s academic and research community, fostering opportunities for joint innovation, thought leadership, and access to university resources that benefit both members and students.
Marketing
The Marketing & Branding Committee is responsible for elevating Innovate@UCLA’s visibility and engagement through strategic campaigns, content development, and multimedia storytelling. The committee drives awareness, supports member communications, and strengthens the brand’s presence across channels to promote programs, events, and the value of membership.
Membership
The Membership Committee is a standing committee charged with responsibilities associated with recruitment, retention, benefits and satisfaction of members. The Committee performs needs assessments, plans, develops, and evaluates member programs, to include (but is not limited to) member benefits consistent with the Innovate@UCLA mission, strategic plan, and/or direction.
Programming
Responsible for curating and executing high-impact events, the Programming Committee ensures that Innovate@UCLA’s offerings are timely, relevant, and aligned with member interests and emerging trends in technology and business.
Sponsorship
The duty of the Sponsorship committee is to Identify new opportunities for Innovate@UCLA to build strategic paid partnerships with member organizations as well as create partnership opportunities that provide more value to the members than just paying for events.
Student & Strategic Alliance
This committee connects member organizations with top university talent through internship programs, professional readiness workshops, and strategic partnerships that develop the next generation of tech leaders. It also strengthens Innovate@UCLA’s pipeline of future professionals by fostering academic-industry collaboration and supporting inclusive, impactful workforce development.
Women In Technology (WIT)
WIT fosters an inclusive community focused on elevating women leaders in technology. Through quarterly virtual events, the committee creates opportunities for connection, learning, and inspiration—supporting career advancement and visibility for women across all sectors of tech and business.
